JR Luna, owner of DMC Automotive, didn’t grow up fixing cars—he grew up with a passion for building a business that truly serves people. While still in college, a class project opened his eyes to entrepreneurship, and he’s been driven ever since to create a company that values both its team and its customers. Today, JR owns DMC Automotive along with four other successful auto shops across Ventura County, all rooted in the same commitment to trust, quality, and community. He’s proud to foster workplaces where employees grow and customers feel like family. For JR, running a shop isn’t just about cars—it’s about making a lasting, positive impact.
